Use Hop with your agent

Ask your desktop agent to add a task, start a timer or track time in Hop.

  1. Hop must be running on your Mac. Give your agent file access, then have it read the installed capabilities and state. A chat with only web access cannot control the app.
  2. Approve the exact change before the agent sends one request with a unique ID. Hop checks the confirmation format and time; your agent is responsible for obtaining your approval.
  3. The agent checks the matching receipt and current state. A retry must keep the same ID and bytes. If the outcome is uncertain, stop and inspect the state together.

Starting a timer replaces the current timer or stopwatch. Stopping time tracking ends all active sessions. Tasks are completed or deleted by their exact ID.
